When I look around the facilities and everyone – from Jason on the engineer to the volunteers – is bobbing their head, I know something special is happening. Ceci Bastida commenced her Morning Becomes Eclectic set with “Controlar” the high energy dance track that we’ve recently been spinning. It’s the perfect example of a song that I can love and shout along to without having virtually any idea what it’s about – since it’s entirely in Spanish, a new language I don’t speak.  I’ve got a connection to it that’s real as well as goes beyond words.
